The already significant demand for housing and commercial buildings in the corridor region is igniting renewed interest in medium and heavy industry. To keep pace with the current growth trends, 30 000 residences will need to be built over the next decade in our region, that’s an average of 8 units per day, every day for the next ten years ! Education, healthcare, recreation and the full index of other social facilities will need to be expanded. Our current engineering and construction operations are already battling to keep pace with the demand.
